فى 21/ 8/ 2017 قامت المتهمة/ چيرمين صلاح شوقى محمد الجزار بإستخراج بطاقة رقم قومى من مصلحة الأحوال المدنية بالعباسية بها جميع بيانات شقيقتي المجنى عليها/ أمل وليم حكيم كيرلس منتحلة شخصيتها ثم فى 20/ 1/ 2019 بيدى القمص/ جورجيوس بطرس كاهن كنيسة مارجرجس بالمطرية الموثق بجهة الأزبكية التابع لمحكمة الأزبكية للأحوال الشخصية تزوجت بهذه البطاقة من أمجد عادل فتحى مسعود، فأصبحت شقيقتي الآن فى نظر الدولة زوجة لإثنين.
وقد تم تقديم كافة المستندات للعدالة التى تُثبِت رشوة كل مرتشى وكل من أستغل نفوذ وظيفته وساعد المتهمة فى إنتحال صفة وشخصية المجنى عليها بما فى ذلك إعترافها وإعتراف كل الجناة فى التحقيقات والإعتراف سيد الأدلة. وبالرغم من ذلك لاتزال المتهمة طليقة ببطاقة شقيقتي ولم يتم إيقاف البطاقة أو إيقافها من قِبل مؤسسات الدولة.
حقا أنى أشكر الله على هذا الإبتلاء الذى سمح به لحكمة يعلمها سبحانه ليزد إيماننا أكثر فأكثر.
لذا إنطلاقاً من معاناتي ومأساتي أقدم لفخامتكم بعض الإقتراحات التي تهدف للمصلحة العامة راجياً أن تحول دون حدوث هذا مع مواطنين آخرين. فبالرغم من أن الرقم القومى إليكترونياً منذ عدة سنوات إلا أن للأسف الشديد لا توجد جهه حكومية يستخدم موظفوها أجهزة إليكترونية للكشف عن صحة بطاقات الرقم القومي للعملاء أو هل هي موقوفة أو… لكن كل ما يفعلونه رؤية البطاقة بالعين ثم تخليص الإجراءات على الفور مما يساعد البعض فى إنتحال شخصية ضحية بريئة.
وها هي بعض الحلول لمنع ذاك التزوير مثل:
1. أخذ صورة الوجه بكاميرا بها بصمة للعين لإستخراج بطاقة الرقم القومى
2. أخذ بصمات الأصابع إلكترونياً وفصيلة الدم (مثلما كان يحدث فى الماضي على البطاقة الورقية)
كما أطلب من سماحتكم فخامة الرئيس إنصاف شقيقتي التى هى من رعياكم بالخارج ويعاني أبنها أنچلو البالغ من العمر سبعة سنوات من مرض التوحد والتأخر ومازال فاعلو الشر المزورون يتمادون فى إستخدام بطاقة الرقم القومى الخاصة بها (مثلما تم تزويج المنتحلة صفتها ثم قيدها بالسجل المدنى بعقد الزواج المزور وأصبح بالسجل المدنى والمحكمة والكنيسة عقدان زواج أصلى ومزور بإسم شقيقتي الضحية البريئة)
فخامة الرئيس إن المنتحلة صفة شقيقتي تم إخلاء سبيلها دون أن يتم التحفظ على تلك البطاقة المزورة، لذا أطلب من فخامتكم رد المظالم لأصحابها.
رفع الله قدركم وعَظّم أجركم يا فخامة الرئيس وأيَّد مساعيكم الحميدة لبعث مكارم الأخلاق وإتقان العمل كما علمتمونا فخامتكم أن "مجاملة يعنى فساد".
