  1. People need to take accountability..I always make sure I am there 2 hours early ..you cant expect to get thru all in 20 minutes so dont blame anyone but yourself..only exception is when you have transferring flights and a flight is delayed then that's out of your control

  2. Lol Oakland guy is a real tool. Just another tool that can not except responsibility for his own failure. Your never flying southwest again. YAY. You made their day.

  3. It amazes me how many entitled people there are in the world. What ever lady is a true Karen feel sorry for any man that meets her. Nothing is her fault.

  4. 5:01 Whatever Karen, who expects to go to an airport 20 minutes before a flight, get through check-in and security and make that flight?

  5. No airline discriminates against larger people. If you dont fit in one seat do you really expect the person in the seat next to you to have you pushing against them? That wouldn't be right or fair. So their solution? Buy a second seat. Its not personal…its for your comfort as well as the person sitting next to you. I side with the airline in that case. I dont want to have someone else's body pushing against mine. It would be EXTREMELY awkward.

  6. Working at an airport, it's amazing to see these Karen's up close and in person. I have many friends working for airlines, I honestly have no idea how they put up with these folks. They have outstanding patience.

  7. The airlines are so annoyingly creative with the blood sucking financial greed. First it was restricted bag weights and carry on restrictions and now they are going to start weighing and measuring a persons body size. they should apologize and say, Sorry sir, we can't accommodate you on our passenger plane however we can book you on a Cargo plane.

  8. People laugh at me but I always build in 3hrs to be on time. I go right to the gate. No bar no restaurant etc so you don't miss announcements I travel all the time never missed a flight

  9. I am sorry but if you spread over into someone else's seat then that's just uncomfortable for that passenger.

  10. Yes mam, we will just have that plane come back and pick you up . We at Southwest put all passengers at risk for the one.

  11. The guy that calmed the big teddy bear Darren was so sweet . I wish there were more guys like him to diffuse folks on edge from turning into Karens and Darrens !

  12. Hey bozo blonde whatever, it’s REAL simple. Get to the airport 2 or 3 hours of your departure time, sit down at the gate and wait for the boarding call. Oh, and STFU!

  13. These people… good lord. Growing up my father who was on LA SWAT for like 20 years used to ask me one question when I was freaking about anything…. he'd ask "is anyone bleeding or been shot?" I'd say no… then he'd say… then it's not worth freaking out over. Relax.
