No matter how many wrecks we see – they don’t get any easier to watch. Luckily everybody was OK this time – just not the poor Kids Firebird. The damn-near show car took a good beating after crossing lanes and smashing side-first into the other lanes rail. We hope to see it return soon! Congrats to Cody Jones for taping er’ up and going to the Final!

Fortunately that Firebird was basically just a kit car and will be easy to fix. The only metal part that was damaged was the rear fender. All the rest is cheap fiberglass/plastic.
For some reason I red it as Firebird wrecks into MY Mustang

Poor guy. Earlier in the video they were talking about how nice the car was and then its wrecked near the end. Liked how the mustang was able to survive and win afterwards!

Well that’s sad, that guy in the firebird went in wanting to win 20 grand and ended up wrecking his car and probably spending thousands of dollars getting it repaired. Couldn’t even imagine what was going through his mind while he was spinning out and getting ready to hit the wall.
