  2. The law requires that the sitting senators who took part in the riot on
    1/6/2021 are tried for any crimes they committed; as a matter of law.
    It is not an option. Impeachment cannot be done by anyone else. The
    senators cannot pardon themselves.

Further, news says that his supporters who stormed the Capitol reciting what he said word for word, including those who stated on video they were listening to his instructions, are now facing sedition and conspiracy charges with up to 20 years in prison. White Nationalists were also present, and the gravest threat to US says FBI last year. I hope the Republicans are aware of what kind of message they will be sending if they are responsible for Trump not being held accountable as they ignore truth and justice – while others like his supporters will face sentencing.

I like how they take a few of trump's words, not in it's context, and people actually believe this, despite not hearing Trump actually say what they are claiming, as I've seen the entire context, used in this news report not to be confused with actual journalism, a common mistake some people still make) , but it proves just how stupid they rely think their viewers are to actually believe this, as they know their viewers won't think for themselves, and actually look into it.
