That is crazy to assume what works in one state will work in Allstate that’s nuts no it won’t if you did we Donely have one country and we wouldn’t have 50 states. We have different demographics different make ups were urban you can’t expect what works in New York with millions of people to work in Wyoming. That’s foolish to say that is foolish to even listen to that idea she should’ve shut that down. Instead what needs to be focused on is what works best for each state and the federal government needs to provide resources for states so that they can build a standard plan and then you adapt what would be a standard plan executed across all 50 states to fit your specific state. Urban centers would do one thing but states with more rural populations would do others but you give them a basic idea of how to start.

Does the interviewer understand that she is talking to a governor of a state and not the head of a political party, not a senator or a representative?

She is rude, asking him a question and then interrupting him with another question before he has finished with her last question probably because she is not getting the answer she wants and she believes is correct.
It is the duty of the press to be an independent institution. Our knowledgeable founding fathers purposely set it up that way, to act for the people as a check on all the branches of government with accurate well researched truth.
They are suppose to be non-bias by keeping their personal opinions to themselves and document and report the facts base upon true investigated findings only and not personal bias. If reporters and news organizations can not follow the wishes of our founding fathers they need to be sanctioned, by a newly created Board of concerned citizens in each
State. Let the Boards be Middle Class citizens, no politicians can apply. The Board can disciplined, fine and use other sanctions if they are not complying with the ethics of the their once proud and ethical profession of the press many, many, many years ago, They should be investigated by this new Freedom of the Press State Board of Unethical, Unbiased and Unsupported False Reporting.
It has been a long time since I have seen non-biased reporting by a newspaper. I guess it was back during Watergate.
The press in our country has lost their way. It is easy to see and be concerned with their interference with the rinning of our government, easy to determine what political party they biasly support, the Republican Party, or the Democratic Party. I do know that few are Patriotic Independents, believing our system of government as a representative democracy has been seriously degraded over the last 100 years by corruption, hatred, the tearing down of the Middle Class, that group of citizens that has been highly responsible for making and keeping this country free and strong. In contrast to that we have the failure of the press in maintaining their duty to ensure there is honest, non-biased, fact-based, independent investigative reporting to the people.
Some will of course not agree, but it is my opinion that the blame for insurrection at the Capitol, can be laid foremost at those who purposely directly committed lawless acts, then at the feet of the President whose words spoken at the rally were ill conceived or reckless if so determined probably by the senate or Supreme Court. But at least an equal share and more likely a significant larger share can be attributed shamefully to the collapse of an independent, unbiased, prejudice, failure, and collapse of the "free" press in this country.
Look at the evidence. A President even before he took office complaining of the bias of the press and some repeated individuals who called for his impeachment before he took office. Some reports that more than 80% of the press leaned heavily towards the Democratic Party in their reporting.
Also look at how the protestors felt toward the press. There are reportedly a large group of more 70,000,000 who felt disenfranchised by the press "on the left". They are upset with the press for it's failure to report on so-called facts that are reported as true or false without any investigation, collaboration from any nonpolitical cited reliable sources.
Our politicians of both parties need to be called out by the press when they lie or provide inaccurate bipartisan statements. The citizens need the truth not inaccurate self-serving political statements.
The protestors were not all lawbreakers. I have not seen anyone reporting an estimate of how many were innocent protestors, how many were lawbreakers, and how many were organized and how
many unorganized instigators and what group if any they belonged. Hopefully that will come out in the future.
They of course should have had a peaceful demonstration.
Some were there intending anything but which is a shame.
My sincere prayers go out to those families who lost love ones. My apologies as a citizen for those brave law enforcement officers who though undermanned prevented harm by protecting our representatives, senators, and their staffs, and our democracy.
Also my sincere appreciation to those National Guard troops who serve this country and travelled down to secure our Capitol Building so all the processes of government could be done without problems particularly the peaceful and safe transition of power from one outgoing President to an incoming one.
May those who committed crimes be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law with a ban on their ever coming to Washington DC again, and a weapons ban for the rest of their life.
Pictures, names, crimes they were convicted of and city and State of residence should be available for all Citizens to see who these criminals were who tried to bring down our government.
I would also like to see required registration of all those convicted of serious crimes in a registry like is used for for sex offenders.
