Lift Your Truck for Free via a T Bar Crank (torsion bar)

How to lift a truck. This video shows you how to lift your truck with torsion bars also known as a T bar lift.
This tbar lift is done on a 2001 Mazda B3000 / Ford Ranger. You will need an alignment afterwards because of the angle change in the suspension. Tighten the tbar screw to lift the truck, loosen to lower the truck. I got a 1.5in lift and my C/V joint angle is only at a 5 degree angle so it should be fine with minimal wear.

  1. Does anyone know the part number for Alcoa level II caps I can’t find anything. Some help would be appreciated

  2. Thank you for your videos. They are the most helpful for messing around and cleaning my Ranger more than anything else on the internet. I love how you talk in layman's terms instead of just expecting people to understand how mechanical things work.

  3. How long before you replaced your tires after doing this? Anyone whose gone to school knows better than to do this
