  1. Bureaucracy seems to be rife in this episode. I suppose it's just the vast population of the US that supports all the process servers and machinery that clogs up the system. It certainly has in the last 5 years.

  2. I was soo scared to get a ticket in Philly and I actually really had my friends dad who is a Philly cop ride with me in the beginning for the first day of driving in Philly.

  3. It is ridiculous that towing company got involved with registration and insurance issues. They should just released the car after they paid the towing storage charges.

  4. I get so tired of people who park in handicapped spots and who block handicapped ramps and such. I honestly think anyone who does that should be forced to be in a wheelchair for a month to see how difficult life really is and how horrible it is when you are this inconsiderate and entitled!

  5. Lesson: Obey the law. When you don't obey they law you lose freedom, peace of mind, time and money. It's that simple. The rest of us obey the law and don't have the problems you created for yourself. We have peace of mind by obeying the law.

    Any questions?

  6. Ugggggh! I can feel that cold through the screen! God I have to move outta the northeast soon! Humans shouldn’t be living in sub zero temperatures.

  7. Those parking authority employees are jerks and is a perfect example of what is wrong in today's society.

  8. I loved that last guy's excuse, "My motor is running."
What does he expect her to do, jump in and drive his car to a spot where it's not blocking the handicap ramp? If someone had jumped in and stolen his car because he left the motor running despite clearly being old enough to know better, that would have been hilarious.

  9. What a stupid old man. First, you bought regular Lay's potato chips in Philly. Not kettle chips and not Utz chips. WTF? Then you made 20 different excuses, my motor was running, I was there for 5 mins, I was watching my car. Then you make up a fairytale friend. He deserved that ticket.

  10. I had the same thing happen to me except I wasn’t towed. My old insurance company screwed me over. I got a warning in the mail saying I had no insurance and I needed to mail proof I never lapsed. The insurance company filled out the form and mailed it in. I thought everything was fine until I got a notice in the mail saying surrender my plates because they are suspended.

  11. p.s., whoever decided to freeze frame & THEN put the worst attempted Puns on the screen… you fail sir or mam, the frezze frame is 120% un-needed & annoying don't quit your day job, unless being the db that made that artistic choice is your day job, then quit, because you have no talent and you def shouldn't be in show biz.

  12. You left your car running and unattended in PHILLY?!?! You're stupid to leave it running and unattended anywhere, but you're a SPECIAL kind of stupid to do that in a big city like Philadelphia!!!

  13. Well you Need to be educated! Not to use expired plates that’s it. As soon as you buy a car go and get your re-registered! Plates ? That’s all .

  14. The last guy I don't think it matters that his motor was running, he blocked a handicap ramp. It just blows my my mind that people can't obey the signs or just the laws. They have to argue with the ticket people, the ones that boot. It isn't their fault they just do their job. I don't live in a city but when I go to one I know how to read the signs.

  15. As I have been watching these episodes, it has come to my attention that most people include foul language in everything they say. Most law books still prohibit foul language in public. It is sad that this matter is not addressed. Thus foul language has become the order of the day, which is truly sad. These poor employees are subjected to cursing all day long.
