Then he gathered a crowd, who before sending this mob of thousands on their way to do his bidding for him, he filled their heads with his own lies and rage, as he crowardly stayed back and watch with delight the chaos he had created. Some were injured, others arrested, and saddly some lost their lives. Every person involved in this impeachment swore an oath of office to defend and uphold the constitution. The fact that what they are doing is unconstitutional means they are guilty of treason, sedition, and failure to uphold their oath of office. They are the ones who should be impeached!

This impeachment action is just a stupid vindictive move that serves no practical purpose at all.
The US constitution said that impeachment is the process to remove the President, meaning the currently sitting President, not an ex President.
An Impeachment Trial after January 20 would then aim to impeach Joe Biden, the President and Not citizen Donald Trump.
The impeachment process by principle of law then becomes an impossible action like charging a defendant for the murder of a person who was already dead at the time that the alleged crime happened.
It will also become by operation of law moot and academic, meaning no more purpose or no more cause of action and hence a useless process that must not be pursued.
Disqualification from future candidacy or public office is only a secondary purpose and can not be the determining factor if the main purpose and action for removal should prosper or not.
Besides the Congress and the Senate cannot rob the American Voters of their opportunity to make the choice if a candidate should be elected to the pubic office or not.
If Trump committed the crime of inciting to sedition why didn't they wait after January 20 and charge Trump criminally in a Civilian Court?
Because Trump;s Utterances "you cannot win with weakness you can only win with strength" is NOT specific enough to the mind of any reasonable jury to interpret that Trump commanded the Capitol Intruders to invade the Capitol building, break some properties and assault some police officers.
The democrats cannot make Trump criminally liable for the independent acts of the intruders in any other venue other than the Congress which they control.
In fact some survey made outside of the democrat party and the democrat media channels shows that 62% of independent people don't think that Trump's words were enough to make him liable for the independent actions of the Capitol Invaders.

The separation of powers protects against tyranny because one branch cannot do something without the consultancy of another branch. This provided equal powers between the three branches. The third guard against tyranny was checks and balances which means a balance in power.
