    He only stopped short at mentioning most humans sleeping a prone position every night!

35. At this point the defense looks crazy. The questions, scenarios and how he proceeded with the witnesses does not look good for Chavin.

36. It's amazing to me that this is now the second medical examiner that has all these degrees and qualifications, but cannot answer simple understandable questions. If I can understand them, why cant they? ? Them saying "I don't understand the question" seems as if that's the way to just get out of the question entirely. I’m watching the George Floyd trial and the states defense expert is on the stand saying Derek Chauvin wasn’t using excessive force while Chauvin had his knee on Floyd neck for almost 10 minutes.I see exactly why Minneapolis is such a racist city.While reviewing the video of Floyd losing his life it’s obvious Chauvin intentionally held his knee on Floyd’s neck until he stopped breathing.Yet and still the prosecutors witnesses are saying the actions Chauvin indulged in was justified due to Floyd being under the influence of drugs and resisting arrest.Even after Floyd stopped breathing the prosecutors witnesses are calling Chauvin acts “justified”.Lets keep in mind that Chauvin killed at that time a law abiding citizen who was only “accused” of committing a crime.Floyd was’nt “found guilty” of committing a crime.yet and still he was treated like a drug addict and criminal and not a law abiding citizen as his me was literally choked with a knee until he stopped breathing.With that argument made i would think that racism and racial profiling need to be brought up on these officers.Point blank period a natural law abiding citizen who was accused of passing off a $20 bill and it cost him his life.at least Chauvin having his days in court.Floyd didnt get the chance to face a jury and judge although he was at the time not found guilty of a crime.Yet,he was treated like a criminal who was in the states custody.Go figure.Floyd didnt deserve that to happen to him.May God bless his family and freinds and allow his spirit to watch over them and keep them safe.Black man?Black woman?We got to come together brothers and sisters cause only we can change our condition and the condition of our people

44. This is crazy, sounds like the defense is questioning the results of the experts autopsy and death certificate. The defense lawyer is trying very hard to turn this around but the evidence is overwhelming, this cop murdered this man, it’s crystal clear!!

45. This defense team is grasping at straws. Now they are saying that floyd could have died of high blood pressure just because he had a history of that. So if I have a long history of high blood pressure and somebody shoots me dead; the cause of death could be high blood pressure meaning the person that pulled the trigger could go Scott's free? How does any of that make sense? If all this is a legitimate defense then there would be thousands of innocent people in prison for murder right now as we speak.
