  6. No body is above the law. Its explicitly said that in a Democracy.."We're a government of laws and not of men". If Trump gets away with this 2nd impeachment trial then Russia and the China's system can be interpreted as the system of choice of those who will acquits him because the Senators acquitted him on party lines. Then the role of the mob became the symbol of the U.S. Democracy and not the role of law. A handful of GOP leaders are willing and strong enough to stand up for what is right for this country for fear in antagonizing of their supporters. Few days ago Russia's opposition leader Alexie Navalny was detained in Moscow just upon his arrival from Berlin where he was treated for poisoning about 7 months ago allegedly by the Russia's secret police. What was Navalny's crime? – he accused Putin of corruption in public.
