  1. I mean I get dude shouldn’t of been drunk and was definitely going to drive home, but y’all got there before he could do so. My god this guy needs help, he just lost his job and now you’re going to hit him with a DUI.. call his wife and explain the situation to her and have her pick him, cut him a break. This is why people don’t trust the police because they’ll do anything they can to lock you up.. I swear they get bonuses from it. I respect the cops out there fighting real crime, not the ones who try to lock you up

  2. Dude,I once passed out @ work due to over drinking from Wray and nephew Jamaican rum last thing I remember finding myself in the hospital luckily no police were involved rather huge f****n bill

  3. poor wife took him to work and took the bus home just to have him NOT sober up while at work and now doesnt have the keys to take the car home after taking the bus there

  4. maybe he was sitting in his truck while it was running when the cop showed up they consider that driving. but we didn't see the whole thing. rip live pd

  5. How can they arrest him for a crime he hadn't committed yet if they just thing he was maybe about to drive under the influence?? That doesn't make any sense….. My guess is this isn't even going to make it to court.
