  1. To ,
1- The CEO One plus mobile
    Gurgaon India
    2- M/s Generation “M”
TIN no 23737005486 at Satna M.P.

    Dear sir,
I am aggrieved to purchase your One plus mobile. The matter is as under :-
1- I heard more appreciation of good feature and working of this mobile from my friend at haidarabad.
2- I went to purchased it from a mobile seller shop Named Generation “M” having TIN no 23737005486 at Satna M.P. vide Bill no 5646 dated 07-10-2016 in the name of incumbent in Rs 19000/- Nineteen thousand included warranty charges .
3- The mobile has having more than 60 GB internal storage so all data was loaded with around 26, 000 contact details for its useful activity and all photo, movie data related to the job of marketing and teaching .
4- The mobile worked nice for 3 weeks and after that got heated more than about 50 degree centigrade needed to be shutdown or kept before A/C for cool down for regular use. In this process the mobile was discharged abruptly and needed to be recharged for daily use twice.
5- On dated 28-10-16 the mobile was totally shutdown automatically and didn’t got reboot to use it again. There were no any damage or pilferage sign in the mobile by the incumbent at the time of submission to the seller Generation “M” at Satna.
6- I sent it to the seller Generation “M” at Satna shop and asked him to solve the issue.
7- The Generation “M” asked me to left it for a day to try it for reboot and found failed so asked me to send it to your service center Gurgaon Delhi office.
8- Since then he is prevaricating me to solve the matter and requesting me to wait for a month again to resolve the matter.
9- After a month he failed to respond me a reasoned and valuable and again asking for one more month period to repair it within warranty period.
10- I perplexed to get back my mobile and its value of entertainment with usefulness for my investment Rs 19000/- Nineteen thousand only as I done in cash as per my enclosed memo.
The matter is that if the company has no infra to fulfill the service side for his customer after sell then, it is a fraud or cheating as per service concern. As a customer I have been got suffered and compelled to purchase some another mobile to compensate the work and suffered badly for double investment unnecessarily in a consecutive month which caused me burdened and the customer satisfaction has been violated in this transaction which is supposed to be penalized and to compensate the incumbent failing which will force for prosecution for loss of his time , money and his valuable data worth costing around 1lakhs approxmetly.
This is the responsibility of the company and the seller to fulfill my loss within seven days of my notice through email supposed to be acknowledged as I got the seller’s email address personally at his shop.
So it is therefore requested you to patch up my grievance and resolve the matter shortly because as a customer I have paid all payment in advance but not availing the services and utility is zero and worthless for me .I must have right to ask for return of payment incurred with all inconvenience and loss of my valuable time and data stored in the unique mobile One plus immediately without litigation.
Enclosed: Cash memo of the Mobile

  2. My last email to One Plus Customer Support:
    #donotbuyoneplus
Then our business is over and concluded.

I had a working phone with a touchscreen problem.
We did a remote session. You instructed me to do a lot of things on the phone during the remote session, all of which I followed to a tee.
At the end of the remote session, my phone will no longer boot properly, and will not turn on.
You again gave me instructions to try to fix it, but the phone still will not turn on properly.

Again, I emphasize: my phone was working perfectly fine except for ghost spots on the touchscreen. I could have lived with the touchscreen problem. Now, it is a completely broken phone, thanks to your "help".

I have now lost complete faith in One Plus and its products, and its incompetent customer service.

I will spread this experience every chance I get on any medium I can find.

If I change the mind of even just one person who is on the fence about your company, and have them not buy your product, then I will have been successful. I am but one customer but I will try my best to reach thousands more.

And, note, Seth, that you were my last point of contact so this horrible experience is on YOU. Your repeated insistence on a paid fix is absolutely disgusting. You always end your email replies with the statement that since I am out of warranty, I would need to pay to fix the phone. I wouldn't have had to fix my phone if not for you and your incompetence. You failed at your job today. Carry that with you throughout your career with One Plus. I hope this reaches your leaders.

Good day, One Plus, and good riddance.

A once loyal customer who used to speak highly of you,

    Rex
    Toronto, Canada

additional note: their last email put the blame on me that the phone is dead. Absolutely disgusting.

  3. I'm on the fence with buying this..only question i have is when daydream is on is there a noticeable backlight in a dark room? compared to an amoled screen i was wondering if this is visible.thanks

  4. I don't know, society follows everyone else, you see one with a s6 edge, then they want one too. I don't know of its like people would feel bummed out of they don't get it. one thing though, the one plus one is amazing all around, it's feel, screen size, good quality camera, chipset .. awesome really, what else you want if it's not that you want what other people want. I get asked about the phone daily, and get comments. it's awesome, doesn't feel cheap at all. I guess it's still kinda hard to get but, if you get it, you would never regret it not one bit. Love that you can use any sim card and that it's dual sim.

  5. I recently got this phone with cm13 and I have to say the battery is amazing I average 5 and a half hours of screen on time and I use Bluetooth headphones most of the time the screen is on

  6. I ordered mine direct from Oneplus, screen arrived with marks after sending all the information they wanted over and over as they kept repeating the same questions via email complaints they tried to say I had the phone for 14 days so couldn't send it back even though 1. This was untrue as from the point I notified them it had been 9 days. 2. It was damaged so their 14 day return policy is irrelevant.
Oneplus customer service is a joke (They don't think the Sales OF Goods Act applies to them) it took 3 weeks of emails and still not at the stage to send it back yet as I have to take a load of photos before I send it back.
In a way this is a shame as the Oneplus looks good and feels a good build quality but I paid for a new phone not one with marks on it.
I personally would rather pay more and get a better known brand and know they will not mess me about when there is a fault, and I would be interested to know if anyone who had a faulty phone every got it replaced/repaired as I seriously doubt it from my experience.
