  1. This man is a doctor and I understand everything he is explaining he made me open my eyes to so much DETAILS in George Floyd death and and beyond he has thought me so much with the lungs. It the presentations for me,his patience, and humbleness may you continue being a great doctor for your patients.❤️❤️

  2. “Say your guilty without saying your guilty”.🗣Dr.Tobin did not came to play he didn’t come to court he came to the classroom to educate every single one for FREE.I have so much respect for him.May you live a long life.💯💯

  3. Dr.Tobin is amazing, I learned so much and he for sure sealed this case because there’s no way around it, there was no need for the knee, no need to continue holding him down and they should have started cpr immediately when they couldn’t find a pulse!

Bravo to you , you amazing human being Dr.Tobin!

His voice, his delivery, and that little squished up nose move, #doctorcrush lol

  4. I dont find this entertaining at all, if anything it has brought more terrible awareness of the distress that poor George Floyd was experiencing. I know I for one would've been shot down that day. There's no way I I could've stood by and watched that murder take place. I guess us Brits won't ever fully appreciate the shocking brutality of the US police.

  5. A true genius! I am amazed to how calm this Dr. Tobin is when is answering the questions. God bless you Dr. Have a healthy and long life!

  6. Man, Tobin's testimony is such bad science, he makes such errors it's hard to see how he could do it by accident.. He even contradicts himself in the same testimony, early in his talk he says it doesnt matter where the knee is, it's about the overall force applied to the ribcage, then later when he attempts to debunk experiment, he says they arent relevant because a knee has a smaller corss section that the weights they used. Well the important thing is the force against the muscles in ribs and diaphragm, then the pressure per area is not important. There are so many other bits that show a terrible understand of physics but I dont want to rabble on. I'll just say, each action has an equal and opposite reaction, then you will see that when Tobin talks about asymetry in how the pressure is acting, he is wrong. It's obvious, when you squeeze a ball against a wall, it squishes symmetrically. Im just shocked that people are convinced by this terrible stuff.

  7. This Irish Critical Care Doctor is brilliant. Listening to his testimony re:- Mr Floyd’s inability to breathe & why this occurred, bought tears to my eyes! This was pure murder

  8. Everyone agrees that the photo of the prone black man George Floyd with the knee of a policemen on his neck was shocking. The picture has become a rallying cry for left-wing social justice warriors and anarchist Antifa thugs and race-baiting Democrats.

“See?” they gloat, “The white police establishment want to keep their knee on our necks. Abolish the police! Spend the money in poor black neighborhoods!” George Floyd, who was 6’4” and under the influence of drugs at the time of his arrest for passing a counterfeit 20-dollar bill, has now morphed into an icon rivaling that other thug and revolutionary Che Guevara.

How Guevara can even remotely be considered heroic is beyond the imagination of most normal folks. See why in Fontova’s book with the pithy title, “Exposing the Real Che Guevara: And the Useful Idiots Who Idolize him.”

Likewise, there are indeed many useful idiots of the left, mainly the mainstream media, who are idolizing George Floyd. A career criminal, Floyd at the time of his death in police custody had reached middle age where most men stop committing serious crimes.

As a younger man back in 2007, Floyd served four years in prison for aggravated robbery and a home invasion. During that invasion he pointed his weapon at the stomach of his female victim, while ransacking her home for drugs.

Prior to serving time in a Texas prison, Floyd was a frequent inmate at Texas jails for drug possession, criminal trespassing, and theft. His rap sheet shows nine arrests. George Floyd’s legend is that he was a gentle giant who only wanted to turn his life around. As one liberal news article puts it, “George Floyd moved to Minneapolis in 2014 for a fresh start after being released from prison…Floyd had turned his life around but died…after a white officer knelt on his neck arresting him for allegedly passing a fake $20 bill.” (Never mind the continued drug use and the whole resisting arrest thing.)

Besides, the article continues, “None of the officers could have been aware of Floyd’s more than decade-old criminal history at the time of the arrest.” Well, except for the fact that the arresting officers acted on a report that Floyd was committing a federal crime, they probably were aware that this muscular “gentle giant” was an obvious physical threat.

The best evidence is that Floyd’s calm demeanor and gentility was due to self-medication. The prosecution’s medical experts say that it wasn’t drugs that killed Floyd. It was the lack of oxygen that brought on asphyxia and heart failure, not just the drugs. (Actually, it could have been a combination of both.)

What remains is the sad conclusion that Floyd died in police custody. He may have panicked at the thought of being jailed again and, like most unarmed suspects who end up on the pavement, he refused to cooperate with the arresting officers.

Everyone mourns and regrets a life wasted and lost. The video of the incident is truly shameful and embarrassing to all Americans. But the fact remains: George Floyd was no hero. He has already been used as an excuse for rioting and violence in American cities. That is the true tragedy of his wasted life.

  9. This trial goes to show if you are a person of color you can say and do as you please. Maxine waters needs to go to prison for influencing the out come of this trial.

  10. This pulmonologist’s testimony would have been it for me (if there was ever any doubt – there wasn’t). It’s so uncomfortable to watch and consider all the accessory muscles desperate to help get a tiny breath of air. No words.

  11. Not only did this Dr just become my new favorite person, but I’ve learned more just in his method of describing each aspect thoroughly and efficiently so that anyone who’s consuming the information can do so incredibly easy. I will be doing so much more research on his work now. Respect.

    RIP Mr, Floyd ✊🏼❤️

  12. I think it is telling that defence didn’t pull out a still-frame from any other part of the video to challenge the testimony of Dr. Tobin on his assertion that he kneeled on his neck

They have trotted out the few seconds at the end of the encounter when EMS arrived as a counter to the assertion of knee on neck.

Dr. Tobin was smart to have constrained his testimony to the time up until moment of death so that that misdirection tactic couldn’t be used.

Very poignant to have a doctor specifically point out the moment of death.

Yes, he has had the benefit of hours of footage…but the people on the street could tell in real time…not really a defence

  13. Did Nelson not get any advice from someone medically educated before the cross on Dr. Tobin? Half his questions gave Dr. Tobin the floor to reiterate why drugs and heart attack aren’t the cause of death in his opinion. The other half were the nonsense criticizing science as a concept.

    He was an excellent witness.

Also…it feels gross to argue interpreting a mans death spasms as resistance as reasonable for an officer.

  14. Fascinating testimony from Tobin, he's a walking encyclopedia it seems. I do wish that the defense had probed him a little more as I still have a bunch of questions unanswered. Definitely still an uphill battle for the prosecution as it seems that the department's use of force policy is really what's on trial at this point.
