  1. Guys Please advise me : I am looking for a below configuration                                                                                                  windows 8  ( not less than 10 inch ) Convertible / hybrid / detachable ;                                                                                          with front and rear camera ;                                                                                                                                                            WIFI + 3g or 4g ;

  2. too bad this got squashed by google AND microsoft last I read. It's a shame that the one thing the two companies agree on is that such a neat piece of tech shouldn't be allowed to exist (which I think it should!)

  3. Apple is going to take over this all in one market once they copy this idea with mac os and iOS. Why couldn't they just find a way to make this partnership work? It shouldn't even be legal to tell Asus what they can do with two separate operating systems as long as they aren't being run at the same time.

  4. If i take a photo with android and edit it in let's say, Adobe PS Express with android, can I then access the image from Windows 8, and upload it somewhere in the browser? Will i be able to access files which have been made and edited using the android operating system hen i am in winidows 8 mode??

  5. So what if you take a photo using android, and then switch to Windows 8? Can you then take the photo you made using android, and open it in Photoshop with Windows 8 with no need for any kind of file tramsfer, or use of cloud service to transfer the files from the android filing system to the Windows 8 filing system? All files on both operating systems accessible from both systems unable to reach files on the of the system? Does Windows 8 and android share the same folders for files? Or can they be accessed from the other operating system on the same device? If so, then this would make it the most powerful mobile device around.

  6. This hardware seems to have duel cpu. Intel cpu of your choice, followed by mobile cpu/gpu. This I doubt it would cost less than £650 for the i3 version.

    I would think the i7 would be priced at £999..+. too expensive to buy with impulse. Not worth it

  7. what about the battery life?? no one seemed to discuss the battery life at all, that could be a deal breaker for some

  8. Hold on a minute… it only switches between Windows and Android when PLUGGED INTO the dock?! And the i3, 15 or i7 processor is IN THE DOCK?! Is there ever going to be a tablet that has both Android AND windows WITHOUT the dock?!

  9. This is probably my dream device, the form and build of a Macbook, the PC experience of Windows 8, and the tablet experience of Android.

  10. BEST IDEA EVER!! I always wanted a windows tablet for the portability but would be bored with it because Windows doesn't have much apps as Android.
