  4. They arrogantly said that moving beyond 300 PPI to over 400 PPI in full HD screens was an absolute waste of batteries because the human eye cannot tell the difference. I have used both full HD and normal HD screens. Full HD is better. It is clearer and brighter and more vivid. I always use the higher res device. So now I want to see what 2k and 4k look like rather than arrogantly dismiss it without actually seeing it for myself.

  5. 2K resolution on a phone's screen? WHY? It just doesn't make any sense. Other than the wasted GPU power and lower battery life you won't notice any difference from a full HD display on that size.
    For mid to large sized tablets it's totally okay and understandable, I love my iPad Mini 2's retina screen too (probably shouldn't advertise that too much on an android channel :D) but I think everything over 330PPI is just redundant, wasted hardware power and battery life.

  12. Jayce, next gen mobile CPUs and GPUs have been announced by both Nvidia(tegra k1) and Qualcomm(snapdragon 805). Is the Nexus 5 still worth buying? I'm thinking to buy it but I'm afraid it will get outdated when the next gen phones release. Plus, will the Galaxy S5 have Snapdragon 805 or Nvidia Tegra K1?

  23. This is getting ridiculous! Do you really need this much power in a damn phone? I'm sorry but I'm grown and I see the point of a nice high end phone for productivity, but something like this new S5 makes no sense at all…..
