17. Your car wil not pass smog with those headers… they are considered illegal without a carb number.

21. The trick I use to get my stuff to pass so easy is alcohol. The 91 from Walmart the big bottle dump half in and fill your tank u will pass never hurt my cars or trucks pass like it ant running almost old guy told me works and cheap

27. your sandwich plate suffered thread galling from aluminum to aluminum. lots of never sieze or teflon tape will prevent that on the new one. .. or switch to brass fitting threaded into aluminum. tought to gall brass.

32. I recently moved to the state of Colorado from Florida where we dont have emissions testing My EK hatch currently has an OBD1 motor in it and ECU I have the turbo off of it And it still will not pass any suggestions?

35. You should look into fixing those control arm bushings, or tie rod ends, that wheel is about to fall off or something is going to break.. Watch the passenger front at time marking 2:38, you can see it suck in as he moved. Good luck have fun!
