JonBenet Ramsey’s parents report a kidnapping, police search home: Part 2

JonBenét’s parents initially thought she’d been kidnapped because they’d found a ransom note asking for $118,000, the same amount as dad John Ramsey’s work bonus, which authorities found suspicious.

  1. Listen to mother discribe "crushing blow" as the way to describe the details of her daughter like a indirect confession to her memory of her daughters head splitting by her hitting her in the head as if it was her own self reliving that moment pausing to get that out… Watch mother in this interview. Separate her from all others she is guilty of this. Sad but I really think the father covered it up. They made son write letter or father wrote it himself. Ask him to write the letter again the way someone writes is unique. How does no one see and hear this?!Or look at his past documents if either are deceased. They are both actors. They deserve a Grammy for this coverup.

  2. The note was being passed around and REVIEWED by all their friends. ( The parents LET the friends ruin evidence on the note )

  3. People were making toast in the kitchen, and yes a kidnapping is a crime scene.. But we were so focused on getting Jonbenet back, that was the task. – John Ramsey. ( What seems suspicious about this? He let Patsy's friends into the house and ruin the crime scene? Ya. That. )

  4. Why didn't they check on Burke as soon as they saw the note? Calling friends to come over and Burke is just sleeping? The ransom note is close to those movies. It should have been solved in 1986.

  5. Whom banking accounts received the bills which contain numbers that were transferred from one account to another and does the deposit banking accounts still have activity. Tatley and Christi Harriss is getting on allour nerves being funny about what happen to Aaliyah

  6. If the parents were covering burke for the accidental death of his sister why would the parents finish jonbenet off with strangulation?? Who would do that to their child..if burke hit her and strangled her that is no accident..so I wish people would stop saying it was an accident..either he did it or he didnt ….but it was no accident

  7. My two cents: I think the plan was to kidnap. I think the suspect(s) entered the home while the Ramsey's were at the Christmas party and in that time wrote the note, not afterwards. That just doesn't make sense. I feel like there may have been 2 perps as I've heard there were 2 unknown sets of footprints found. I've also heard that DNA from JB was found in the suitcase the perp(s) used to exit the basement window meaning he/they probably did try to take her but were obviously unsuccessful although obviously whether or not she was deceased when he/they tried removing her is unknown to me anyway.
My guess is someone scorned from John's company, point being they probably knew the family/home, and the bonus money amount.

  8. From patsys emergency call to everything she and John say,,,, it just doesn’t sound right. They don’t sound or act normal. It’s a coverup.

  9. I think burk and older friend or relative (but still a minor too) were partners in crime…could of been a cops kid explaining stun gun and police flashlight and bat outside..basement window goeing out not in..a friend he knew in boyscouts? No other kids were questioned or were they as suspects? The case has been waiting and watching for one or both to slip up now that they are adults…there's your missing dna…only if one is dead or in a mental will we ever know.

  10. The whole bonus thing is both relevant and irrelevant because almost everyone says it was John's 1996 bonus when it wasn't it was his 1995 bonus which was printed on his pay cheques every month that's why he and patsy didn't pay much attention to it but its relevant because only a select few people would know that number and its very odd for a kidnapper to ask for that and not a million when it's obvious the ramseys are rich just from looking at their house alone, that thing was massive

  11. 01:30 this has always niggled at me because it's very odd to say 'they've kidnapped Jonbenet, she's gone' or 'they've taken her' I'd only expect somebody to say something like that if they actually knew who it was that had taken her, I know it was a very frantic and stressful moment but even then I wouldn't expect someone to say this if they're oblivious to who the kidnapper is

  12. Wouldn't you think that if John set the alarm before he went to bed and if the Intruder left wouldn't that had set the alarm off as if they were leaving

  13. WTF why are people making toast and windexing down counters at a time like that! It was a crime scene for Gods sake and then they say "they took her" not 'someone" took her…hhmmmm almost like they alredy knew who "they" were.

  14. Someone's DNA was in her underwear. Whoever that is, is most likely the murderer. That means it is highly unlikely that the parents or the brother did it. Common sense people.

  15. If the murderer was in the house, the night before, waiting for the moment to do his evil crime, then he may have spent the time, fantasizing, while writting that letter. What e;se could he do with his time waiting? I had never thought about this till now. But now it makes sense. If he did enter the house the evening before, to wait, then I can see why there is a three page letter. This was a horrible thing. I hope everyone can find peace.
