this is just a thought. but IF the dad was the person who killed her- what if the reason he went down to where he knew she was and touched everything (the duct tape, rope, etc.) was so that they couldn’t say anything about his fingerprints being on those things. if that makes sense? if his fingerprints were already on there and he hadn’t gone and touched those things, he couldn’t cover it up.

Why would you let friends in the house to touch things that could help solve the case that doesnt make sence everyone knows do not ever let your friends oe neighbors come to the house make breakfast and touch evidnece that could help solve the case for this poor little girl and how did the dad know to look in the basment first for Jonbennets body? Not only did the police mess up but the parents messed up by inviting people over. Something is not right here and I think the parents are covering up their daughters death. I been watching her case and see some pics of her evidence from the house nothing make sense here. I really hope they find her killer she is not in peace until the killer is found.
I think she was dead when they returned home from visiting friends. She was killed elsewhere and brought home.

Why didn’t this documentary show where there is evidence of a breakin. And strange DNA on Jon. Other documentaries have shown that.
IMO it was Not the family. Especially not the 9 year old child. He could not have carried Jon down all those stairs without dropping her or dragging her. Plus the blunt force gap in her head would take the strength of an adult. And parents are very unlikely to do that to their beloved 6 year old. I think some idiots from Johns work or some idiot who overheard about Johns $118,000.00 bonus planned this with someone. And it got out of hand. Whatever the case I bet eventually the DNA evidence will eventually reveal the truth.

A stranger would have taken her from the house. She would have been found somewhere else. If it had been for a ransom they would have just took her and how did they know the phone number of the Ramsey's? John Ramsey has lived a free live doing as he wishes . I honestly think the mother and brother are innocent. I think it’s the father who killed her. The mother was crying, and the brother (in another interview) was smiling, but in a sad and worried way, and people proved that it wasn’t a happy smile. The father didn’t care and kept a straight face from the moment he found the body till the interviews. And also, the police told the father to look UPSTAIRS first, but he looked downstairs first as if he knew that she was there. There also wasn’t any break in. It has to be the dad. Mark my words, it’s him I know it.

I read the half brother john Andrew who was supposed to be out of town were seen very early in the morning by the house. Dont know if it's TRUE. Do not want to hang out anybody. But could he have a motive….maybe want to punish her stepmom if they were not on terms what more efficient way to do so than take away her dearest and frame her. He knew her handwriting and language and had all other info and access to the house. And also his father who had made a new family. Jalouxi can caurse a lot . Or the Tennant in the neighbor's house who showed up unexpected at their christmas party. Or other holding a crudge on john for his business or patsy and jonbenet for pageants. Who knows….
If you find a letter telling she is kidnapper you dont expect to find her in the house and you want help from police rather sooner than later but the police should have searched the house and secured the house and put up surveillance equipment immediately. They should have parted everyone and interrogated and gotten them out of the house maybe a neighboor or a mobile unit.
