  11. This is frustrating, no mention so far that the boulder police exonerated this family of any blame in 2008. They have DNA found on the child's body which does not match any family member. There is quite a bit of evidence now available that was collected by a DA investigator that the police will not look at. Stop perpetuating the idea that the parents or brother did this PLEASE.

  13. I always hear bed wetting as being a big red flag to being sexually abused I wonder if someone close to or the family did anything in that manner

  14. I believe the brother did it and the parents covered up. Or maybe Patsy did it. Both Patsy and Berk were prone to mood swings. Berk was known to lash out. And Patsy had cancer which can cause mood swings. Either Patsy was mad that Jon Benet wet the bed Hit her on the Head and strangled her. Or Jon Benet took Berk's pineapple, Berk got mad and strangled Jon Benet in the kitchen the dad walked in, saw Berk, and took Jon into the basement and hit her on the head so she wouldn't suffer (I'm saying this because of.what Berk told the psychologist because he referred to the person who hit Jon Benet with the hammer as a he.) What happened next was Patsy went into the basement and saw what was occuring, the dad told Patsy to tape Jon Benet's mouth. After that, Patsy called the police, then she asked Berk and her husband what do now. The inaudible speaking could have been Berk and Patsy's husband telling Patsy what to write on the ransom note ( like the amount of money wanted) they probably wrote the ransom to make it looked staged.

  15. it was patsy, she killed her because she was jealous of jonbenet and pasty wanted to be famous then after jonbenet death pasty and john rose to fame, they are seen laughing and smiling neither acted like they lost a child and they just got away with murder

  18. Why would someone write a THREE PAGE RANSOM LETTER, then immediately turn around and kill the hostage? This doesn't make sense to me. If the perpetrator kills the hostage, GAME OVER because they have no more collateral to BARGAIN with.

  19. The way these parents are acting, after they find their young child brutally murdered in their home- I wouldn’t be able to contain myself! They don’t show any emotions! I mean come on, Officer Hart showed more emotions than those parents. I would be at the police station every single day to find out what they are doing about my child’s murderer! Every piece of evidence about this case points straight to those parents. John Ramsey was sexually assaulting that little girl.

  21. Why is police audio so bad? If I was a 911 operator my ears would be bleeding by the end of my shift. Honestly, with all the technology we have you'd think they could solve this issue but I guess not.

I don’t think it was the family I think it was a family friend , that went in the house days before and got the paper to write the ransom note not in the house and they now how much money he got from work and tried to copy Patsy hand writing to make it look like it was them . I think the person was smart but was a devil inside I would look into the friends of there’s to see if someone has a dark side .The person that did this was a sexual predator that had fantasies about doing this there would have been signs if John was that type of person .Patsy would have not set so close to her husband if she thought for one min he did this she leaned on him for support.I hope one day this case would be solved so the family can put this behind them.

  30. They act wired because they are covering up.other video I saw flash light. On the table. Burke was eating pineapple. JB came around she took the piece brother got so mad yelling. Flash light was on the table. That's how she had pineapple. Did you noticed pineapple was still on the table. Why? It wasn't finished?
