Wisdom Teeth Didn’t Keep us from Making Boost

Got my wisdom teeth pulled today and even though I should have stayed home and got some rest, we decided to get Charlies wago running again since the parts to finish it came in.

  1. what wastegate psi spring are you running here? I might do the same thing and remove the signal line to my wastegate and put a softer spring in, can't get past 20psi without it getting forced open at high rpm

  2. What headgasket did Charlie use before? I've seen d16's push a lot of power on the the sohc arp headstuds. Usually if it's popping headgaskets they need to pull some timing off.

  3. you guys are dope man … been around since about 50 – 60k subs and honestly you guys are my second favorite car channel on YouTube aside from regular car reviews .. keep up the good shit guys.

  4. cant really imagine more uglier car than civic wagon. and what kind of sickness makes you to put all of your money to car like that? what a piece of junk

  5. you guys have amazing videos, oh i remember you guys were looking for a Wago that has more horsepower there is one with 700hp and has a d series

  6. One fear of mine is saying something really offensive or personal after getting my wisdom teeth taken out. Not sure if anyone else thinks about that, but it freaks me out, lol.

  7. if I can get just 100 likes on this comment. I'll make my first video. it'll be of me walking up to boostedboiz front door and knocking on it like the popo

  8. boosted boiz …
Was wondering if u new wat could be wrong with my car i have a honda civic d15b bottom y8 head it overheats at idle but wen I go the temperature Needle goes down to normal temperature. I already changed the thermostat and radiator I don't see it leaking I tested pressure the radiator and the gauge needle goes down slowly. u think it the water pump .?

  9. for the motor mounts you gotta get the black roofing stuff in a the tube from home depot it's in like a blue and red and black tube it works really good

  10. you guys should try "smooth-on 60 polyurethane". pull the mounts, remove old bushings, and pour this stuff in place and let sit for a day. I haven't tried it myself but have heard great things, and it's incredibly easy and faaaaaaar cheaper than aftermarket mounts

  11. *READ THIS BOOSTED!!*** If you are running straight water and the temp is dropping below 32F – your cooling system is filled with ice. It can and will block the thermostat from opening among a bunch of other nasty likely possibilities. Definitely get that water out of there before you warp the head. With the cold temps outside and the overheating it is super easy to warp shit like the head or the main seal – no fun. If you don't have heat and the car is running hot you got ice blockages. Don't gamble with it! Even if you just add a gallon or two of coolant with a partial drain… that will do it. Did you use tap water when you filled it? I assume you know you should use distilled. Trust me, if you use tap – get that shit out of there, It will destroy the system, especially boosted D series motors.
