I found over the years, when running boost on a sohc it tends to create a lot of pressure in the coolant system.. Removing the thermostat will re leave a lot of the pressure under a load i.e. (In boost) and reduce engine temp overall. Maybe worth a shot..

Love the videos guys! You guys remind me of my friends and I when we were in our teens and early 20's. Late night garage sesh, swappin honda shit, racing. Those hondas always have cooling issues. I always had to squeeze the hoses real good to get all the air out. Had civic swap that was a constant issue. Had a 97 hatch with b18c swap would constant cooling issues. But keep doing what you guys doing bro. Good to see some younger gen doing something constructive.

the light bar might be blocking air flow to the radiator. mine did on my miata. took it off and no more issues.
