99.9999% of the time…if there is a crime committed and the investigation takes months but they get a lead and find a video of the person committing the crime, THAT would be considered the smoking gun that seals the case. Trump always starts with the smoking gun…what the hell is there to investigate regarding HIS contribution to this blatant act of treason? With the exception of some bad characters smashing windows, getting violent with police and such, the rioters were mostly just disenfranchised citizens wanting to let the government know that they do not trust them. The people wanted a voting fraud investigation and they were ignored. I really hope these politicians got the message and don't think that it's over. I heard Trump's speech, and Giuliani's, a few times and Trump said nothing to incite a riot at all. It's actually a ridiculous charge. Even Giuliani with his "trial by combat", a dumb thing to say in retrospect but he wasn't being literal, just watching too much Game Of Thrones. And I don't blame Trump for blowing the horn about election fraud. All Republicans were crying fraud and if done right, there wouldn't be very much evidence. So, I'm not really sure what her point is here. Doesn't anyone think a Chinese virus, questionable lockdowns, Antifa/BLM anti-American violence and destruction, the timing of it all, and a $600 slap in the face had anything to do with it?
Making terrorist threats is a crime. I knew someone 18 years who used his car to drive another driver off the New Jersey Turnpike. A trooper arrested him and he was charged with endangerment, reckless driving and making terrorist threats. He lost his license due to that third charge
