This is the MO of all sociopaths, they act a victim when they know they are in trouble, apologizing, crying, etc., but deep down inside they have no empathy for anyone but themselves. She knows exactly what she was doing cause she did this many, many times before. She is a danger to everyone and should be removed from the streets just like any other criminal that does not understand how to behave in a civil society. The poor 14-year-old child is traumatized for life, the father said it best, what would happen if he was there.

Lets think about what would have actually happened if she had gotten ahold of the phone and then realized it wasn't hers? She was freaking out over her IPhone being lost. No one handled this situation properly. Yes she shouldn't have tackled him. But the other party could have also shown that it wasn't her phone instead of immediately thinking this is because where black. Notice how the dad in the video, the first thing he says is, "what is this because were black?" The only person that keeps that going seems to be the dad. Then add that to the news and people who think emotionally instead of actually slowing down and taking a second to look over all the facts you get chaos, and the news stations love it. It wasn't racial profiling, she couldn't find her phone and saw someone with an identical phone and panicked. Yes she a snobby girl phone LA. But this has turned into a witch hunt with the label of racial profiling and a hate crime.
