  1. old video… I know, but you can google torque charts and reference how tight to make those bolts based on material strength, thread pitch, and bolt shank/hole size… go 90% of that value. Aluminum doesn't have a 'spring' characteristic it has more of a 'fatigue' characteristic before cracking. You can look at the 'elastic' characteristic of materials (metals here) to gain some perspective on the phenomenon.
