Thanks but I have a problem. Using Helium allows me to back up most apps except the app I want! It says "Backup disabled" So annoying. Any tips?

So if you only back up your app data, you have to install the apps on the device you will restore on? What if they are different app versions?
How do I install it on my desktop, to have it working for my phone, I installed Helium, on phone and pc, then I installed a driver, then it says my phone is undetectable when I pull up helium, even when I set my phone to debug mode, and to PTP

It should be said that Helium (Carbon) worked just fine on my Motorola Razr HD with Cyanogenmod.

Where did you get the android figures?
If you want to save your backup on your PC after backing up to your internal storage, go back to settings, storage and change it from "PTP" to "MTP" and it should be there in a folder called 'Carbon'.
I made a backup and then installed stock rom. When I want to restore Helium doesn't find the backups. The backups are in the folder. Any help? 🙁

When i try to restore from my s3 to s4 through internal storage, it says to "restore you from SGH-whatever, you need helium premium…even tho i'm doing it from internal storage. PLEASE HELP!!!
