  1. I Own and use Tasker (and many add-ons). This Video is Excellent for starters, I've used Tasker for four years and could not have nailed it as well as you did 5stars for a good job. Every time I try, I end up in stuck in a "nook of cranny" of Tasker, and that alone takes a days time to explore, Each. With a Rooted Device and Tasker-Add-Ons, like voice aloud commands, you can Do Anything, and I do Mean ANYTHING. Tasker, Lightning Launcher, MX-Player Pro(+codecs), ES File Explorer Pro, Busybox, and Neutron music player.

  2. Why do you keep the phone in your hand and not in vertical position? For a so called "guide" this is so wrong – we don't need it to be cool, but to the point and easy to follow. Place your phone on the table, keep it steady with one hand, and touch the screen with the other hand, all these while your camera is vertical to the phone. How hard can it be?. Imagine a teacher at school doing something similar or speaking while there is loud music in the background [like some youtubers do it thinking they are so cool], how many students will learn anything? I hope people, one day, will realise the difference between cool and tutorials – those are NOT the same thing.

  3. Silent mode seems to be missing from my tasker, I can set my ringer volume to 0, but I can't seem to switch off vibrate

  4. Hello. Can Tasker makes the android phone to send a SMS when the owner trigger it by saying a magic expression, even the phone is locked?

  5. That's all cool but what are some use cases for Tasker? I don't see when I would use it except for my bedtime routine which I don't need that much either

  6. I knew that I was making a basic, ridiculous error and couldn't figure out what it was. Thanks to your video, I realised that I needed to delete my existing profile and make a new one based on time parameters. Simple, clear, effective. Thanks dude.

  7. Is it possible to create a task or whatever, what says: If app X get startet, the screen automatically scalls from 1080p+ to 720p+ and when it get tapped out or closed, the resolution get set to normal (1080p+) again?

1080p+ because it's galaxy S9, it has a slightly higher vertical resolution. Although, I can change the resolution by system app, but I can't find the setting for this in Tasker.

  8. I just created a video (length 2.3 min) in this video you can change wallpaper every time you unlock your device. With Tasker (you can use motivational wallpaper to get motivated each time you unlock your device) hope you like it.

  9. tasker is so F*%&^$ aggravating! why does it have something different on mine, every time i watch one of these F#$%$^%$ videos? when i click exactly what you are clicking, and create "bedtime", I don't get an option for "on", only "off" and "vibrate". WHY? i did exactly what you did. why do i get a different set of choices, for the twentieth time!!!?

  10. This currently holds the Guinness world record for "most repeated word in a youtube video" (task) congrats. Also if you speed up the video to 2x you can hear a nice rap song.

  11. I have an android-based video game emulator handheld called a GPD XD. I want to use this app to set shortcuts for each game on various home screens categorized by emulated system, and have each game automatically open that particular game ROM/ISO in an emulator app of my choice. For instance, this would be the action flow chart:

    > Trigger: Select "Super Nintendo" home screen shortcut for "Megaman X"
    > 1st Action: Open Snes9x EX+ Emulator App
    > 2nd Action: Load game ROM Megaman X.sfc within Snes9x EX+

Can this be done? And if so, how would I go about it? Thanks for any help you can offer.
