what about miracast? the samsung galaxy s4 is not miracast compliant. Made it proprietary with allsharecast (works mainly with samsung devices but not all miracast/android recievers). Is the google play version miracast compliant? (meaning it will work on every android 4.2+ and miracast device)?

The Google Edition is a update it can be put on any galaxy S4 but you lose all your sensors (air view) and you don't have music. Cause there is no application for it. I don't recommended it but you can't go back once you installed it.

touchwiz is best, i'm not so lazy or demading that i would bitch about millisecond lag every now and then, i prefer a colourful UI instead of stock which is abit dull…still wayy better than any other operating system so no insulting android, just saying i use touchwiz because its better
I think jelly bean 4.2.2 is better than 4.3 google play edition on S4… 4.3 google play edition will perfectly suit for nexus devices…
GPE is actually better IMO. Touchwiz has a better camera app, and more fun sensors you can use. But stock android is way more stable than touchwiz.

May I ask why you don't have a Nexus device then? To me it seems pointless to buy the more expensive S4, if it will run the same version of Android as on the Nexus.
personally i love stock android, and not a big fan of touchwiz.. but it's so much different with s4. i don't know what it is exactly, but it feels sooo good.. touchwiz version!! definitely the touchwiz!!
