  4. as a former front line worker and manager I found that 1. you can educate first. 2. if refused then employee compliance to the alternative precautions is required. 3. break in compliance on the employee removes employer liability.
    After tiered system is completed then offer to anyone and maintain record of vaccination for the vaccinated.
    Allow business to reopen with new standard to prevent transmission with the recommendation of vaccination. Employer meet environmental standard but not responsible for enforcement or for transmission of infection.
    The individual freedoms offered in the United States requires that individuals accept the known risks.
    The world must be allowed to reopen. Some will choose no vaccination but offer vaccinations to those who want it.
    States need to complete the tiered offerings on as early as possible on a fixed schedule and only once. Then open it to all who want it.

    GlaxoSmithKline Vaccine Ingredients to create infertility in both Males and Females:

    Anti HCG(Anti Human chorionic gonadotropin) causes infertility in women, along with 37 amino acids, CTP (carboxy terminal peptides).

    "Principal of Anti HCG is to induce antibodies which combine to HCG and render it biologically inactive".

    GlaxoSmithKline tested on 63 women. The report states that 61 became infertile.

    The male version is :
    Anti GNRH. Its a sperm specific mitochondrial antigen, that basically kills mitochondrial DNA in the sperm. They are still able to swim around, but when they deliver DNA to the Egg, it's dead.. and then makes that woman infertile.

    So you can have a vaccinated man, sleep with an unvaccinated woman..and she will become INFERTILE.

    These ingredients are also planned to be included in other vaccines!

    Dr Andrew Preston is responsible for the human trials. He has received £28 Million from the Gates foundation…and.. GlaxoSmithKline provide the ingredients!

  30. This is why I laugh when people act as if 2021 will be so much better than 2020. At the rate that the vaccine distribution pace is going, everyone may not be able to get this vaccine until late 2021. Pfizer, just a couple of weeks ago, stated that they have millions of doses ready for shipment, but state governments and the federal government were slow to let them know where to ship their vaccine. This is going to be a long process, and COVID-19 isn't going anywhere anytime soon.
