We had NO clue what this was until we were able to talk to the owner and pop the hood. Turns out – it’s a production “car” called “Rally Fighter”, built by Local Motors out of Phoenix, AZ. It’s basically a sand rail with body panels! This one was especially badass, because it had a BLOWN LS3 power-plant! It may not have been the fastest car at the track..but it would have kicked anyones ass in the sand dunes!

It's called Rally Fighter and it was designed entirely on the internet,then was built with parts from different auto makers. If I remember well,Top Gear America did an episode with one of these once 😀 it's awesone,and the best part is that you could have customized it online as you whised
