This is one of those videos we were hesitant to make, solely because it leaves you wanting more, but it was so highly requested and such a COOL build that we HAD to! This little 2JZ powered Toyota Tacoma was absolutely BADASS and we REALLY wanted to see it make it through the week but unfortunately these things do happen. All drivers who entered Hot Rod Drag Week 2017 knew there was a chance they may not make it through the week, and those odds only increase with the faster the car is. Granted, the Supra made it through the True Street Stress Test last year, there are always complications with a new setup. We know this isn’t the last time we’ll see it, but we hope we run into them again sooner than later!
