You can, that was also how I had to flash back to stock.
Could you just push gapps to the internal sd card with ADB? If not, then there's really no point to this other than to see what JB would be like on a 10" tablet.

Take your auto focus off…it'll make for a smoother viewing experience. Otherwise great video!

Will the directory bind trick work? I know it fixed the SD card issues for AOKP and early CM9 by changing the external sd card to be identified as the emmc….imp pretty sure u can download the apk from xda with a walkthrough on how to change it
