   I’ve been told that hormone therapy “should” bring muscles mass and strength down to average female levels, but it doesn’t. Biological men have 40% more muscle mass than women on average, and hormones only decrease muscle mass by 13%, even after 3 years.

   I agree that every child deserves to play sports! I don’t even think we should have “trans only teams”—that doesn’t sit right with me. But cis women should be able to win a gold medal too, and science shows that cis women’s muscle composition pales in comparison to trans women’s muscle comp.

Men who surgically change their physical appearance should not be allowed to play on girls teams that is a matter of physical safety for the girls, they should have their own areas separate to women in womens prisons, refuges etc., the safety of women and girls must not be comprised to suit a minute section of the population and those whose trans is in their minds, the safety of trans must be taken seriously alongside but not above anyone else's safety thats my opinion

10. It's not fair for biological women, to have to compete against someone born a male. You're getting rid of womens sports, if you let this happen. Listen to the science , there are so many differences in body and bone structure when you are born a male. It's just not fair for the bio women who were born women and want to compete against other women. Sorry Trans people sports just aren't fair . You all can do pretty much anything you want but if you're born a guy even if you identify as a woman and take drugs you're still a trans woman and you're still different from biological women, so it's not fair to take over their sport, you all should see that yourselves. Just compete against the gender you were born as , or start another league for people that transition. That's the only fair thing to do.

12. I think that if you are born male/ female play in the sport of your born male/female. It’s not far to all the born females to have a born male playing in the same sports. Boys should play with boys. And girls should play with girls.

    Every time this woman says something about sports not being about who wins or who loses, one should wonder if she would have preferred the 49ers won the Super Bowl (I'm assuming that's the team she was some kind of 'coach' on that went to the SB). One should also wonder why NBC News didn't ask such an obvious question, other than the obvious, this is a softball interview attempting to make viewers agree with them.

33. Cis gender females do not have a physical advantage that trans females have. If you’ve gone through puberty as a male, you’ve developed physically different, in the case of more muscle mass, a larger heart and a larger adrenal gland, all of which help with athleticism, but none of which can be removed. That’s why the Olympics tests for hormone levels, because science has proven this advantage, which the Olympics commission has tried to combat with at least 18 months of hormone therapy. It is not fair that prospective college bound women athletes have their scholarship opportunities taken away by a transgender athlete who has not spent as much time training and is breaking records in women’s sports, which is happening and at these huge margins. What are cis females suppressed to do? Train harder? Who is protecting cis gender rights?
