5. 4.1 brought project butter and so does 4.2 i think. but a lot of people agree that the galaxy nexus on 4.2 is just slow compared to 4.1 and 4.3

8. it's the same phone, the "m" version just means it is the canadian version, which is not different at all, you can flash the very same roms on both and has the same specs.

9. Its pretty sad when a phone that is about 1-1.25 years older than the iphone comes close or even beats the iPhone and what makes it even worse is that the iPhone is considered as the best "phone in the world" by the general public. Apple should be ashamed.

24. It's a 1.02 GHz- you might as well call it a 1 GHz dual core. And even if the processor itself may be able to hypothetically reach 1.2 GHz, Apple has it clocked at 1.02 GHz, effectively making the processor unable to qualify as clocked at 1.2 GHz.

30. Oh and the volume on my nexus is like really low I had to turn eq up all the way in music player so its decent. Like compared to my s3 the nexus on full volume is only like 1/4 turned up on the s3

31. My s3 broke before my contract ended so I just got a galaxy nexus cheap off ebay for until i can upgrade to the s4. But even though I don't like it as much as the s3 its still pretty good(except 4g and WiFi cause its terrible on the nexus and it was great on my s3).

39. The CPU on the GNEX is outdated and uses a Cortex A9 architecture while the iPhone 5 is a slightly different version on Cortex A15, just like the Snapdragon S4. I agree with the fact that android is better and has more features but i had the GNEX and speakers are the worst i had on any smartphone unless you root the phone and use volume+, and the display is verry oversaturated, whites are blue, colors are unreal, it's even more saturated than the S3

40. Gnex has better software, but the iPhone 5 has a far better hardware : Faster, better CPU&GPU, FAR better camera, far better speaker, non-oversaturated display, non pentile display, more storage, better design & build quality, far better battery life…

And also when u root a Galaxy Nexus u get even more wonderful features custom Roms and other things to make your phone faster and battery last even longer and tethering things to download where you can completely restore everything from your phone if something was to happen and there's still just so much more u can do With a Galaxy Nexus more then any other phone on the market and especially iphones just one of thee most boring phones no customization just boring small screened flat brick phone

Its obvious witch phone is better and witch makers are better Samsung and Google made one of the best androids still to this day the Galaxy Nexus witch was released in 2011 and now being compared to the newest of Apple the IPhone 5 an its still just as good an even better then the iPhone 5 an even the whole set up on the iPhone 5 is just boring and not as colorful and attractive as the Galaxy Nexus set up is why pay for iPhone 5 from between 500-800$ when u can get the Galaxy nexus for half that
