  1. It could well be editing and camera amgles, but that does look rather unorganized with little clinical systematic approach. Because of the camera angle at 1:10, you can't see anybody adequately oxygenating and ventilating the patient prior to Naloxone administration. Nor does a cardiac monitor or sats monitor seem to be connected early in the job either. How effective is intranasal narcan compared to IM/IV administration? Is the onset time similar? Cheers from Australia.

  2. A strong thready pulse??? I think that’s an oxymoron. Btw why are we pushing narcan before oxygen? Why isn’t anyone getting him on the monitor and vitals while the others breath for him and get the narcan ready?

  3. Every time I watch narcan literally bring someone back to life in less than two seconds, I am truly amazed

  4. Other evening a woman over dosed on the sidewalk. A passing vagrant raped her. They gave her two narcan shots. She got up and staggered off into the night.
