  1. I do not understand this unpleasant behaviour. It is a very expensive way to collect fines. In Ontario if someone does not pay their tickets then the province does not renew their driver's licence. You have the same person renewing your licence and collecting your fines at the same time. No trucks, no gas, no people, and no boots to pay for.

  2. 4:38 He says get out of the vehicle, if you hit me your going to jail. If he tries to leave and your blocking the car with your body, why would he go to jail if he bumps you with the car? Does anyone know what would legally happen if he bumped the guy with the bumper while trying to leave? You cant just block someone in and hold them against their will right?
