24. One year I paid 3K of parking tickets to get my car. No matter what you will have to pay even if you don't get your car back. You can't renew your lic, can't reg your car, and it affects your credit report.
    When I see people tearing up their tickets or boost that they're not paying them. I have to shake my head.
