  1. So here we are and, they are going to extend the eviction moratorium without any concern whatsoever for the landlords. These people are working, these people are your landlords, these people work their butts off in order to obtain these properties to rent out.
How our government could expect property owners to be able to pay their bills and meet their obligations without any type of income is absurd.
In the near future when they implement socialism on us this eviction moratorium would have paved the way for our government to seize everybody's property. These landlords at the end of the socialistic impositions will not own any property at all so they're not concerned with them at this point.
Come on people wake up, if people still owe rent, when this eviction moratorium is lifted we're going to have millions of people living on the street. Anyone who hasn't attempted to pay the rent doesn't care about anyone else but their selves.

  2. Landlords has to live also. This is not right. the government should of give people money to pay their rent so landlords can pay their bills also on the property

  3. Enough with all the moratorium it’s time for people to get their asses back to work get off the system and start doing their part to pay for their rent it’s not fair to allow these people to keep continuing to screw over landlords who can’t even pay the mortgage because I’m not getting rent everybody’s worried about the tenants why is anybody worried about the landlords who have to pay for what the tenants not paying or Loser damn houses now this should be about the damn tenets there’s a lot of people who decided to sit on their ass and collect more money on their ass and going back to work and if that’s the case the answer should be in paying the rent no more charms are over trying to get back to real life and something called responsibility

  4. Those are that far behind in rent I’m not going to be able to pay it back at the end of the moratorium that he is the issue there were still people working during the pandemic people needed to shift new jobs in order to try to cover some rent and all the stimulus should’ve been going back to pay back rent a lot of people were out shopping and shopping spree‘s on their pandemic check versus paying their back rent it wouldn’t be fair to clear all their rent back rent just because they wanted a free load in life the rest of us continue to pay her rent so there’s a lot of people is gonna be put out maybe it’s a lesson for some of them not all but some

  5. What about the tenants that are taking advantage of this pandemic?! The ones that are doing fraud like my tenant who never stopped working and decided to pay her immigration lawyer for her visa U! She is using someone else’s social security number along with getting food stamps and has gotten stimulus checks!

  6. I only see one crisis coming once the evictions moratorium ends. As a landlord why would you rent to anyone who hasn't paid there rent in the last year. When we all know that if these tenants wanted help there was help for them. Only ones that have been screwed during this government manufactured event were the landlords. I will be checking references once it ends. Get ready for MASS bankruptcies.
Correction please get it right. People have lost jobs because the GOVERNMENT UNNECESSARILY ENDED the jobs. There is no such thing as ESSENTIAL WORKERS. All jobs were essential to make money and survive.

  7. Most of these people are making more money on unemployment than they were when they were working, they're just not paying their rent.

  8. It means a lot of Strong single mother headed households will be evicted. And maybe depending on corporate america isn't so dependable.. and that women were never intended by the creator move in life alone.. women need men.. period..

  9. What are legislators thinking with a irrational moratorium. So stupid. 75% of ALL adult Americans live paycheck to paycheck. Stop the insanity and live within your means, learn to save. Property owners MUST have a relief bill as well.

  10. So the obvious question is how all of a suddenly unemployment, the unemployment t enhancement and 3 stimulus checks, are people not able to pay rent? i just feel this is being used as an excise for some sort of back-door UBI. Are there jus tat many people who were not able to collect unmployment that i am not aware of?

  11. If you cant pay your rent. Your landlord loses his house.the whole american process crashes .then what ? Why not ask this ?
