8. any BMW has always surprised me since I was like 12 and I rode in new 2006 325i. I'm not sure what hp it had but I know it was an i6 non turbo. when you think about how much they weigh for their size and hp they have they don't make sense. AMG's are the same. it must just come down to efficiency of the drivetrain and putting that power to the ground. makes it seem faster for its hp because of better efficiency, plus most German cars have longer final drive ratio which has always seemed better than short for heavy high hp cars.

17. The S63T on the F10 M5 can certainly hold some power. I've seen a few pushing well over 800whp with turbo upgrades and meth injection. I personally like the recipe of a fast car that combines practicality and comfort, That's what the M5 is all about.

35. You guys gotta stop holding these American cars to such high standards when it comes to straights, BMW's have been fast as hell in a straight since forever. The price tag difference is just safety, quality, luxury which is what you won't get with the others! Also the 370z did put in work!
