    it is a cart with UV lamps and it is being pull by a winch from a power cable.

16. Wouldn't that only work when the people are actually inside the cabin. For example: If a sick person goes into a cabin and for some reason removes mask and coughs wouldn't everyone by exposed just the same because it's an airborne virus. Seems like an overly complicated way to clean. You might as well install UV lights in the cabin and turn them on when the passengers leave the plane, blast the cabin with UV lights both on floor and and top of cabin. That way you don't need a big clunky expensive machine that require some type of setup and and regular maintenance.
