  1. So many stupid comments. Twin 58s arent that massive for a 5.3 running that boost level. The boost and torque will fall off as he reaches high rpm because the turbos are at their limit and can't keep that kind of pressure up when the engine is sucking it down so fast near redline. With bigger turbos at 23 psi he would make more peak power but similar torque, all at higher rpm, because the torque wouldn't be dropping off up high. His setup probably has a very high torque to peak power ratio.

  2. I Had Whipple 03 Cobra few years back and guess what. Junkyard lsx swapped fox body's would ass rape me over and over. They all need lsx swap

  3. Boat anchor? Everyone ditches the ford engines because they actually want to go fast instead of slow and breaking parts. Ford doesn't have a engine that is even close to the lsx

  4. I own a 03 cobra, but I am also a fan of the LS motor. would love to own a c6 z06. But nothing new and exciting is happening here. x2c ran 8's with there 03 cobra 14 years ago on a bone stock motor. Buster was running was 8's in his cobra with a REMAN motor from ford. Outlasted built motors from shops. I can go on and on but you get the point.

John mihovetz uses OEM FORD PARTS in his race car and it dips into the 5's. OEM block, OEM heads. I am not sure if any OEM gm parts have been in the 5's. and if I recall, few years ago when they were doing the engine build offs, the ford builders and ford motors came in first. KAASE AND ACCUFAB. Ford motors. why are the ford guys getting upset? who cares. Do research and all these guys screaming out yea man, its ls swapped! Only way to go fast, won't mean anything. Both ford and gm motors can go fast.

  5. Don't understand why people get triggered over what brand manufactures an engine. Ford or chevy who gives a damn. All a motor does is rotate tires. 50 years from now Motors will likely all be electric and most of us will be dead. So… yeah who really gives a damn. A motor is a motor.
