them bolts that you just 'cleaned' are just gunna rust up as soon as it touches any water :/

If you're still having issues with the grime inside the intercooler try the CLR stuff.
Is the green tape so they dont scratch it working on it?
Those scotch brited bolt heads are going to totally insta rust. Rust streaks look great on new white paint though.

Technically you shouldn't have used e85 in aluminum anyway … cuz e 85 is corrosive and actually eats aluminum
take a heat gun to old black plastics to bring more of the oil to the surface, after you do that just make sure to keep up with a dressing that has uv protection to keep it looking good

Diesel cleans oil but dont know about useing it in a intercoolet

Just an old viewer stopping by to say that you should have a bmx playlist. I always try and comb through your channel to watch the bmx footage, a playlist would be amazing.
You get condenser cleaning foam for cleaning outdoor AC Condensers if you use it cleaning the fins will make the intercooler more efficient and shiny
