  28. Probably Dems exported ballots of voters supporting Biden from states where Biden dominated to states where Trump voters dominated. In this way in these swing states the proportions changed forcing Biden to the victory. In the same time they took ballots supporting Trump from states where Trump was winning and hidden them in places like hotels, garbage containers etc. They even could put Trump's ballots in states where Biden dominated, in small portions, into counting machines, keeping reasonable proportions between rivals. They mixed ballots between states. In result the difference between ballots for Trump and Biden changed drastically in the swing states, where Trump voters slightly dominated. Biden had more and more ballots in these states, and Trump proportionally had less and less. I think that this theory explains some mysterious discoveries, like Trump's ballots in hotels, in closed offices etc. If it would be true, not only signatures of voters would be significant and had to be checked during the recounting, but addresses of voters as well, even more important would be addresses. This is not the same, how many ballots in total had Trump or Biden during the election – the swing states are sensitive to small differences in numbers, so every ballot has to be checked, including voters' addresses!
