I liked Hollywood Bl. better when it was all movie billboards, hookers, sex shops and drug dealers. Maybe, after the pandemic is over, it will be back to its old seedy self, not the sanitized tourist trap it had become.
My takeaway from this pandemic is this. People are suffering mentally, physically, and financially due to Covid-19. People are dying from it, doctors and nurses are putting their lives and getting their butts kicked every day, bars and restaurants are being forced to close until further notice which puts people out of work until God knows when, schools are forced to close which forces remote/online learning for teachers and students, millions of people are struggling to pay rent and put food on the table because it cost a good bit of money to do those things, and the most heartbreaking thing of all….. people unable to see the people they love in person as they are being told by the government to stay home which causes all sorts of depression and anxiety. And what is the government doing while Covid-19 is eating up the population like meat? I choose not to answer….
My heart goes out to everyone dealing with this crisis. I pray this will all end soon!!
