A witness who walked up to the scene of George Floyd’s arrest described the knee-on-neck move called a “shimmy.” The mixed-martial arts fighter detailed how the move is used and explained that it is designed to cut off airflow.

He didnt compress the neck on the other side
Every movement Goerge Floyd made allowed the cop to sinch down tighter and tighter with his knee against his neck. The cop also used his hand placement in his pocket to stabilize his knee on George's neck. Looks like he has done this before.
See by refusing and by the word refusing I mean physically struggling against multiple police officers who are trying to arrest you for a crime. No not the crime when George held a gun to pregnant woman's stomach during a home invasion no that was in 2007 but I digress. By insisting to lay in the street he is now causing the officers to break all normal protocols. So when Floyd stopped moving he could have been playing dead that's how cops have to see things. I think Chauvin should be drawn and quartered only after being publicly tortured for a week for being so blind to how his knee would look in the videos but its not murder its probably not even manslaughter it's bad optics.

This witness really needs to learn his sign language movements better.
He’s full of crap. First of all Dereks weight is 170lbs with gear on. So this means Floyd had about 17lbs of pressure because 90% of weight shifts to the knee on the asphalt. Also, the knee actually isn’t in the neck. Since Floyd is in hand cuffs it rolls his shoulders back. So this 17lbs isn’t on his airway or blood supply. If you have a small box and a scale at home put the box on the scale then put your knee on the box. You’ll notice how your weight shifts and that only 10% of your weight is on the scale. Then if you want try it on a friend. If this was actually lethal then every time a wrestler did a half Nelson in a wrestling match their opponent would pass out.

First of all, his demonstration was a rear naked choke. A choke that requires a rope like figure to wrap around ones neck and stop all oxygen going to the body. A knee to the back of the neck has no way of doing that. Him being a mma fighter and not knowing this, i am disapointed and makes me feel that he is only defending floyd because of their skin color. There has to be something physically blocking his airway for him to pass out and die. Like 2 hands on the neck and squeezing, or like i mentioned above a rope or similar that squeezes your entire front neck. Dont believe me? Reach around and squeeze your back or even side of your neck, now squeeze your front side of the neck.
Dereck is already confirmed to be a BJJ practioner so I believe this man.

The best solution is to put Chauvin in the same position for 9min 23 seconds with his 3 palls as a witness and 3 man on top give some fentanyl to Dereck lets be generous, then see what happens.
If they don’t get this guy for murder cities will erupt in protest like never before.

Between the position of the video camera, the off-duty EMT onsite and the MMA wrester onsite, I think Chavin has a really good chance of going to prison.
If only Floyd wouldn’t resist. This is the stuff that happens when you think you’re above the law.
For those saying he over dosed, there's another autopsy that contradicts that. Forgot about that for a moment. Let's say you rob a bank and I have a heart condition. You roughed me up and I have a heart attack. Guess what the autopsy will say?.. Heart attack. But you were the cause, you inflict extra strain on me to indirectly cause the heart attack. This is involuntary manslaughter.
