Is this the best engine swap EVER!? Mark at StreetFX has been working on possibly one of the most EPIC engine transplants ever, and we were there to capture this beast! Mark was one of the first guys to have one of the new Toyota FT86’s (or Subaru BRZ) in Australia. Going from setup to setup, he just wasn’t happy with the power produced from the factory boxer engine. Mark decided enough is enough and picked up a Nissan R35 GT-R twin turbo powertrain! Mark didn’t stop there, he decided to go with a sequentially shifted gearbox, a stroked engine at 4.1 liters and a power goal of 1,300 HORSEPOWER! Seeing that this thing already weighs nothing (~2800lbs), this will net him a 1:1 power to weight ratio. Absolutely NUTS!
