23. My nephew is three I can’t imagine the police yelling and and putting hand cuffs on him for a tantrum. At that age what harm could a little boy do to grown adults. They are children and this is disgusting. Leaving the parenting to his parents. He was clearly afraid and acting out in fear

24. How can the mother file a law suit when she allowed them to put handcuffs on him! She can be heard saying "Do you wanna go where Uncle Berto at?" I think this just a case of people not understanding how to parent! Both the two officers and the mother and anyone else that sat by and allowed this to happen! If this was my son I would have told the school I was taking him home for my own conversation. Don't allow others to parent your kid if you don't know or trust them!
