Having run for president he must have been aware of voting laws adn if not too f'in bad. Of course he would have to put up the money ( I would guess at many millions of dollars) to pay for a recount in which he would get it back if he actually won the recount, but maybe he doesn't have the money to begin with and I wouldn't extend him any credit given his latest attitude toward electoral counters. So a smoke screen of law suits meant to look like he is the injured party ensues. However the real injured party is the American people putting up with his childish behavior. Even his wife can see he has lost.
