Anyone who has a judgement to make regarding the agency, needs to be a foster parent for at least a year. It's a 24/7 job with no pay, because the little amount received, goes back to the child. It's a hard a Very Needed profession, no agency should be terminated unless it's done something criminal to the children.

The First Amendment is clear. Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion… Supreme Court has no choice but to rule in favor of the city of Philadelphia. Or open a big can of worms where EVERY religion under the sun gets to have it's way. That's not even possible. Our Founding Fathers were right to keep religion out of government.

It is very simple. They signed a contract, and they violated the contract, therefore the contract was terminated.
