  1. When you don't charge these crooked cops it leads to them having THE FUCKIN AUDACITY TO DO THIS! He's still alive and thats VERY UNFORTUNATE!

  2. Poor woman was left to die from her wounds. They were more interested in arresting the boyfriend… No one, gave her emergency aid.
Her mother was notified by the bf that she had been shot. Mom shows up immediately to crime scene and cops lie to her that her daughter is waiting for her in the hospital.

  3. FOR THOSE OF US WHO AREN'T PARTICULARLY POLICE POLICY SAVVY, COULD SOME OF THE EXPERTS PLEASE EXPLAIN PROPER PROCEDURES & PROTOCOL FOR DELIVERANCE OF A "SEARCH WARRANT "! I DON'T SUPPOSE AN OFFICER OR OTHER IS GIVEN A CHANCE TO DELIVER THE SEARCH WARRANT"S INFORMATION IF BY CHANCE THE PERSONS WITHIN THE CONFINDS OF A DWELLING HADN'T ACTUALLY OPENED THE DOOR & ACKNOWLEDGED THEIR [THE OFFICER'S] PRESENCES, BUT INSTEAD PROCEEDED TO FIRE A WEAPON. NO I DON'T SUPPOSE ANYONE UNDERSTANDS THAT! WERE THE PERSONS INSIDE THE ACTUAL OWNERS OR WERE THEY SWATTING IN REAL ESTATE PURCHASABLE PROPERTY! SOME JUST AIN'T GOT A HOME TO GO HOME TO. PERHAPS EVERYONE WAS IN THE WRONG PLACE AT THE WRONG TIME. SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY'RE SAYING/THAT'S TALKING ABOUT WHO'S GOT SOME SENSE WOULD BETTER BE ABLE TO MANAGE TO EXPLAIN WHAT THE PROBLEM IS IN THE DETERMINING FACTORS AND PROCESS IN WHICH THE INCIDENT OCCURRED.

  4. You know these officers were not trying to kill anybody, but this was a warrant that should been serving this warrant during the daylight, not after midnight. It is a bad situation, and Breonna should be alive today. The officer wants to sue? Show me the bodycam where you announced you were police serving a warrant. Oh you cant. Case DISMISSED

  5. If you use Gestapo tactics like breaking down a door at night to arrest a drug dealer you have no right to sue because you got shot. Stand your ground laws apply to police as well as a person committing a crime. For this officer to think they were in the right is asinine.

  6. Of course Kenneth walker should be sued . The police claim they knocked and announced . Kenneth walker shot at them anyway . Now at least this part of the controversy can be heard in court .

  7. Mr Walker has huge problems, in the video he states she was shooting a 9 millimeter, and someone claimed she was asleep , well from the body cam we know she was in the hall, and the officer has a great case that when Mr walker shot at the police, whether or not the announced themselves (they did not jave to and neighbors heard them announce) according to several people in the community they were not good people 1. She could never work for the city. 2. Do nit shoot at the police

  8. I guess someone has to come forward and say thane was responsible for her death outside of him and his coworkers! I wouldn’t be surprised if daniel cameron did put this murdering SOB up to filling this frivolous lawsuit

  9. Any judge who does not immediately dismiss this case should be disbarred. This is clearly a frivolous lawsuit. The cop is obviously trying to make a quick buck. He should just thank god he‘s still alive

  10. ✝️KJV John 20:15-16 "Jesus saith unto her, Woman, why weepest thou? whom seekest thou? She supposing Him to be the gardener saith unto Him, Sir, if thou hath borne Him hence, tell me, where thou hast laid Him, and I will take Him away."✝️…..continued.

  11. May the cops rot in hell. This is beyond belief … yet apparently so common today. The facts should speak for themselves, but apparently lies do just as well when money is on the line.

  12. Doctor's dont sue patients if they get sick, firemen dont sue people in burning buildings so why can you sue getting hurt on this job? Oh yeah cuz the system is broken and favors those in blue. If you cant get hurt in the line of duty without without blaming the victim, maybe you're not cut out to be a cop. This makes me more scared of cops then anything (and less likely to call them), no wonder the trust in law enforcement is at an all time low. Smh. Very disappointing to see

  13. They dropped the murder charges against the boyfriend. To which is by law supposed to be charged in the commission of a felony when someone dies. Good for this officer I hope he wins !

  14. That cop has some pretty big stones filing suit against someone rightfully defending his domain against alleged intruders who came busting in at 1am. Why? He wants Walker to share the blame for mistakes the police made. Bull cookies!!

  15. I'm all for it. Idiot just got out of the fire and wants to go right back in, and will drag cities in with him that will undoubtedly go into a state of civil unrest.

Watch this case be what leads to him and his other pals being reinvestigated. Especially with all the talks of the AG suppression that went on.

If you're a racist and a second amendment lover, you must be real torn right now.

"Do I remain consistent on how I've felt about people using guns to protect themselves, or do I flip flop because this guy was Black, like the NRA does and did."

    Choices.

  16. "Who everyone agrees now did nothing to deserve this"

Bullshit lol, the investigation only made Breonna look WORSE, not to mention implied she may have even been involved in a murder.

  17. Lmao! Every legal gun owner should be concerned? I think his statement should be if you are a legal gun owner and you mistake the police for a burglar you should be concerned. I as a legal gun owner am not concerned.
