A newly-filed court document alleges members of extremist groups coordinated with each other before January’s deadly riot on Capitol Hill. Federal prosecutors say the man accused of being a leader of the “Oath Keepers” was in contact with members of other extremist groups, like the Proud Boys as early as mid-December.
